This evening I arrived home to San Diego. I swear my studio apartment was cleaner than when I left a month ago; perhaps it's because I have been looking at chicken coops and farms for a month. Whatever it is, it's nice to be back and I gladly took a nice long shower in my own place, with my own towels, and large bottles of shampoo. No more travel bottles. Tomorrow I'll worry about laundry and unpacking; tonight I watched the first two episodes of American Idol that I missed...the important things first!!
Thanks to everyone who sent me emails and posts over the last month. It was always nice to log onto my email and 'hear' your voice so far away. I had an amazing time and look forward to sharing many stories with all of you. For all of you who were worried about me, don't be...I am fine.
